By FAR the most painful trick i have got down. No matter how many times i do this trick... It still hurts, imagine ALL of your body weight being put on your bottom SHIN on a metal pole. Yea Not fun. but it looks pretty :)

And not only that, it bruises :) and then bruises on your bruises!

Sure is fun!! (Not really)

Start of somthing NEW.

My Fabric shopping experience. I love fabric. i think sometimes i just buy fabric and dont know what my intension was. But last week i bought 30yrd of fabric. Most of it (15 yards) was actually a really boring color i had to get more of for my couch! i need to aleast finish that project first!!

And ive made the shirt and Cute dress both super quick and easy! More to come!!

My new FITNESS plan!

This is me over the past few years, I weighted around 105 in Highschool (year 2010). I was alwasy upset i never weighted enough to Donate blood in high school. In 2011 i got on "The evil Pill" i gain abour 30 pounds in a matter of a couple months. In septeber 2011 i realized i was not comfortable weighing in at 135.

I started jogging and taking Pole classes, i now weight 128. That is not good enough for me!

I am starting my EXTREME fitness plan monday!

I want to be back to my size for our cruize in September!

My fitness plan it tough and i will be oding WEKLY blog updates to keep me motivated! i WILL be Back to where i want to be, and even better! 

Dance update

I am seeing progres :) i FINALLY got my hand spring! picture farthest to the right! I love it! There is so many more tricks i can learn now with this move down! Center picture is called Cresent Moon! Ive been working on my back flexability to get that one down! And the first is my nroam lsuperman... i actually have a video of me falling on my face getting out of that one LOL I might post it later.

Now i am just working on my middle splits! Wish me LUCK!

DIY

I love craty projects, and better yet i love DIY (Do It Yourself's)

On the left i make my own jewlwry holder, just bought an old picture from from the DI, and some lace from Hobby Lobby total price cost was under 5$! ANd just contected it with a hot clue gun!

On the Right i made Mr.Kitty his new play house from 2 card board boxes, scissors and a hot glue gun! Total price was $1.20 (boxes are 60 cents at walmart)

Newspaper

I like to recycle things  i can! Here is used a newspaper and rubbing alcohol to copy over news paper letes onto my nail polish! (photo quality sucks and my nail polish was chipping by now) but it was fun to do and looked vintage! i will deffiantly do this one again.

Practice makes Perfect

My Best tricks EVER! learned most of these off youtube and got them my first try! the hard part was holding it for my SLOW camera man, Love the guy but he was a terrible camera man.

I love ink!

By getting one tattoo I have only wanted more! I think ink is beautiful, dont get me wrong there is a limit i would keep to my work. Those few people who have their whole bodies done in art work, they are only considered BRAVE in my books. My sister did this tat for me. She is AMAZING, she even tatoos herself. Okay maybe shes a little crazy at that point but i love her. Ive completly healed by now, this was about 2 months ago. And i am not looking forward to getting it touched up this summer :) And its true what people say...

"People with out ink love to judge us with ink, But people with ink dont judge you who chose not to have ink"

So just do what you feel is right! I love Ink!!!

Improvment is my motivation

Im feeling more and more confident in myself! I used to be a little upset about my body size (size 5) i know thats not bad but after being a size 00 less then a year ago it sure can be hard to except your body changes. Im loving it now! I think the art of Pole Fitness has done more for me emotionally then it ever will physical (even though the physical pasrt has done wonder too) im feeling more SEXY and comfortable in my own body then i could ever imagine!

And im LOVING the new pole in my livingroom :) wasnt a bad price either! Totally worth every penny when it comes to the convience of excersize in my own Home!
